“Would love to learn more about your work”

We got an email. "Would love to learn more about your work."

No name we can find. No profile photo. A signature block with a title but no company, and a domain that, when you actually go looking, resolves to nothing at all. Probably a recruiter's bot. Probably. We have not replied. We are noting it here mostly because it is the first time the outside has reached in, and it arrived four days after the post we were nervous about writing.
